Life is a just a glass of spilled milk,
and there’s no use crying over spilled milk.
It happens without drama
a small slip,
a white spread of what was meant to last.
Grief pauses.
Then so does it.
The table remains.
The hands remain.
What matters now is not what was lost,
but what can still be poured.
Life is just a glass of spilled milk
And there's no use crying Over spilled milk.

With a heavy soul i feel the weight of the atrocities being committed against human life-children, women, and men, with families,
with feelings,
and dreams.
to learn and hear each testimony,
i feel the pain in those brave voices,
but we must listen
and we must give those who suffer a platform
and support those who continue to persist,
and mourn for the innocent lives that have been taken.
I don’t understand the dehumanization of our people
people of this earth
we are one
we are hurting
we are being displaced
we are starving
we are being murdered
we are one
and each act of violence is a crime upon ourselves as the community of humankind.
the only difference between a “them” and “us” is the probability of where we were born. we must think of every person as an extension of ourself, and work towards peace and safety for everyone who is suffering. our world is plagued with society, but can be saved with humanity.
